- Craft foam (Colour of your choice)
- Jewellery craft pin
- Scissors
- 1.5 cm width ribbon
- Small silk flowers, buttos, lace etc
- Low temp glue gun
- Decorative edge scissors
Instructions
- Cut a 5cm circle out of craft foam with the decorative edge scissors
- Cut two or three 2.5cm circles out of the craft foam, glue them on top of each other for height, glue to the middle of the 5cm circle.
- Glue a piece of ribbon around the crown of the hat, tie a bow and glue on two pieces for streamers, decorate with flowers, lace , buttons etc.
